I didn’t post last week- my week was unsurprisingly un-noteworthy. I went to work and went back home. I met nobody in between and spent the majority of my week alone and looking at screens. As the pattern, no gym. I miss running. Watching indoor nationals two weeks in a row has made me desperate to get active but, as we know, not much luck. I’ve been spending too much time being horizontal, and not in a good way. I guess I will have to hit the gym next week, maybe after my surgery this coming Thursday.  Oh, by the way, I’m getting surgery on Thursday.
